How long are shipping times ?

Your product will ship within one to five days of your placing order, and then approximately 15-30 business days to reach your doorstep. (Please note that some country take a little longer). As soon as your product ship, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep track of where your order is at all time.

Every products has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. Keep in mind that COVID-19 might cause shipping issues. 

We are working really hard to offer you a free shipping option and are still looking for a faster way to ship our products.

Why my order taking so long to deliver ?

Sometimes orders can be delayed for a variety of reasons.

1. The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

2. The order is pending credit approval and verification.

3. An item is currently out of stock.

4. The order requires customization. 

5. Holidays.

Why did I have different shipments for one order ?

At Tiny hearts nursery, since we have a big selection of products, you might receive some items separately as they come from different warehouses at time. That way, you get a better price and free shipping.

Whats your return policy ?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund, Why ? Return run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; Every return has a carbon footprint. Lets us know what went wrong, send along a picture and we'll give you your money back in full if you are entitled for one. You have 15 days to ask for a refund after receiving your product. Then, if possible, you can donate the product to a local charity, recycle it or keep it. 

Can I change my order once it's placed ? 

Once your order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to change it. Make sure to double check your order details and make sure everything is right before you submit it. Take a look at the picture but also at the color of each products.

Do you offer exchanges ?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll take care of you. 

What's your payment methods ? 

You can purchase on our website using a credit card. You can also selected a different payment method such as Apple Pay, Goggle Play and Shop Pay. 

Is the payment secure ?

Security is very important to us and we take every precaution necessary to ensure that you get a safe and fun shopping experience.

Every transactions is protected by Shopify Payment. Your data can not be detected or used by any third parties. 

Why my card been declined ?

We recommend to reach out to your bank about this issue. They will take care of it for you and will mostly be able to fix that issue.

Can I shop in the currency I want ? 

All of our prices at Tiny hearts nursery are in US dollar. Even if we are a Canadian store, since we ship in different country around the world, It is easier for the majority of people to understand that currency. You still have the option to choose the currency you would like to shop in our online store and see your transaction in that currency. Please note that we only offer the currency converter of the place we ship our products. 

Why doesn't my promo code work on my order ? 

Make sure your promo code is not expired and that you are entering it the exact same way when you got it. Keep in mind that our promo code won't work with an automatic promo already in place at checkout. You can only use one promo code and can't use multiple together. 

Where are you located ?

We are a Canadian company. Our main currency is US dollar because since we deliver to other country, we found that it is most common and easier to understand. You can alway choose the currency that you want when you are shopping on our website.
