What that actually means
When you click a product link on this site — for example, a "Check Price on Amazon" button — and go on to make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a small commission. This does not change the price you pay. Amazon pays us out of their own margin, not by adding anything to your bill.
How to spot an affiliate link on this site
- Buttons labeled "Check Price on Amazon" or "View on Amazon"
- Any link that takes you to an amazon.com product page
We don't use disguised or unmarked affiliate links, and this banner appears at the top of every page that contains one.
Does this affect what we recommend?
Our rule is simple: a product's commission rate does not decide whether we recommend it, or how we describe it. We report real limitations we find in a product's own verified reviews even on pages where that product is the one we're recommending — you'll see this pattern throughout our reviews, including places where we quote a reviewer's genuine complaint right next to their praise.
We are not paid by any brand to write a positive review, and no manufacturer reviews or approves our content before it's published.
Other affiliate relationships
As of this writing, Amazon Associates is our only affiliate relationship. If that changes — for example, if we join a program for a specific baby-furniture brand — we'll update this page to reflect it.
