This policy explains what information Tiny Hearts Nursery (tinyheartsnursery.com) collects, how it's used, and how to reach us with questions. We keep this simple and only collect what we actually use.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it through one of our sign-up forms (for example, to receive our free C-Section Nursery Recovery Checklist). We do not collect email addresses any other way.
- IP address and timestamp — recorded alongside a form submission, standard practice for spam prevention and troubleshooting.
- Standard server logs — our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically logs basic technical data (like browser type and pages visited) for security and performance purposes, the same as virtually any website.
We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy to reflect it.
How we use it
- To send you the specific resource you requested (like the recovery checklist) and occasional related content.
- To understand which pages are actually driving sign-ups, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with third parties except the minimum service providers required to operate this site (for example, our web host). If we ever connect a third-party email service to send these messages, we'll update this policy with the provider's name.

How your data is stored
Sign-up data is stored on our hosting server in a file that is not publicly accessible over the web (we've specifically blocked direct access to it). We keep it only as long as needed to operate the checklist/newsletter sign-up.

Children's privacy
This site is intended for adult parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
